A portable hardware-software complex (PHSC) includes a housing with a visible spectrum camera and a fingerprint scanner. The housing includes a power supply unit and a processor. On the housing from the fingerprint scanner side there is a display, and on the back side of the housing there is a visible spectrum camera with two or more sources of visible spectrum radiation and UV radiation, installed to illuminate the visible spectrum camera field of view. On the back side of the body there is an infrared camera and one or more sources of infrared radiation, for illuminating the field of view of the infrared camera.
