Abstract: Systems, methods, and related computer programs are provided wherein vehicle operation data is extracted from an internal automotive network. In an embodiment, a method comprises: i) obtaining data available on the internal automotive network via iterative interrogation; ii) analyzing the obtained data to identify a set of candidate data values having at least one common feature within a suitable proximity margin; and iii) heuristically selecting a candidate data value best matching one or more selection criteria to identify a true value. These systems and methods allow data to be extracted from proprietary and non-proprietary busses in the internal automotive network.

Abstract: Systems and methods for the generation and sharing of vehicle operation are provided. The system includes: a data harvesting device connected to a vehicle, the data harvesting device capturing vehicle information from the vehicle and processing the vehicle information to generate current vehicle operation data; and a computer system in communication with the data harvesting device, the computer system including one or more server computers. The computer system includes a database system for logging the current vehicle operation data, the database system including a profile for the vehicle configured to store the received current vehicle operation data. The computer system is configured to transmit the current vehicle operation data to one or more remote server computers. The computer system is also operable to enable the sharing of vehicle operation data and related information via social networks.

A system for enabling the generation and sharing of vehicle operation data via a computer network includes a data harvesting device connected to an information system of a vehicle, the data harvesting device capturing vehicle information from the vehicle and processing the vehicle information to generate current vehicle operation data; and a computer system in communication with the data harvesting device, the computer system including one or more server computers connected to a computer network. The data harvesting device connects to the computer system on an intermittent basis via a wireless network. The computer system includes a database system for logging the current vehicle operation data.

The system may include an input device configured to receive a user input indicative of a user selection of a game terminal setting and a trigger condition. The system may also include a processor in communication with the input device, the processor configured to produce a terminal command signal based on the user selection received by the input device, and responsive to an occurrence of the trigger condition, to cause the terminal command signal to be transmitted to the terminal. The system may include a display in communication with the processor, the display configured to display a graphical user interface showing a schedule for terminal setting changes which is based at least in part on the user selection received by the input device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for sharing wagering game licenses among multi-state terminals are provided. Each example terminal may include a token-enabled state and a non-token-enabled state. Each token may be associated with a license for the operation of a wagering game. A token pool may be administered by a host. A terminal at which a customer has indicated a desire to play a wagering game may request a token from the token pool administrating host. The request may be queued if a token is not available, or the requesting terminal may be issued a token. Thus, an unlimited number of multi-state terminals may be operated, while no more than a predetermined quantity of the terminals may be providing a wagering game at any one time.
