  • Patent number: 11955127
Abstract: An embodiment extracts a set of designated entities and a set of relationships between designated entities from speech content of an audio feed of a plurality of participants of a current web conference using a machine learning model trained to classify parts of speech content. The embodiment generates a list of current action items based on the extracted set of designated entities and relationships between designated entities. The embodiment identifies a first current action item that is an updated version of an ongoing action item on a progress list of ongoing action items from past web conferences. The embodiment also identifies a second current action item that is unrelated to any of the ongoing action items on the progress list. The embodiment updates the progress list to include updates for the first current action item and by adding the second current action item.

  • Patent number: 9079770
Abstract: The invention relates to a combined reforming process for making synthesis gas from a desulphurized gaseous hydrocarbon feedstock, wherein the feedstock is split into a first and a second feedstock stream, the first feedstock stream is mixed with steam and fed to a gas heated reformer (GHR) and a steam methane reformer (SMR) operated in series, and the second feedstock stream is mixed with reformed gas coming from the SMR and fed with oxygen to a non-catalytic partial oxidation reformer (POX). The process of the invention enables to produce syngas with adjustable composition and at very high capacity in a single line. The process specifically allows designing a methane-to-methanol production plant with a capacity exceeding 10000 mtpd using technically and economically feasible reforming equipment, and showing high feedstock and energy efficiency. The invention further relates to an integrated process for making methanol from a hydrocarbon feedstock comprising said combined reforming process.

  • Patent number: 9067847
Abstract: Disclosed herein are processes for producing a synthesis gas mixture and for producing an organic chemical product. The process can comprise: (i) steam reforming a feed gas stream comprising one or more hydrocarbons to produce a reformed synthesis gas mixture comprising H2, CO and CO2; (ii) cooling reformed synthesis gas mixture obtained in (i) and removing H2O from the reformed gas mixture; (iii) subjecting reformed synthesis gas mixture obtained in (ii) to a reverse water gas shift reaction so as to decrease the H2/CO molar ratio of the reformed synthesis gas mixture; and (iv) removing CO2 from synthesis gas mixture obtained in (iii). A first stream of CO2 is added to the gas mixture in step (i) and a second stream of CO2 is added to the gas mixture in step (iii), and wherein the first and/or second streams comprise recycled CO2 removed in step (iv).

  • Publication number: 20140013108
Abstract: An apparatus is caused to store identification data of a plurality of clients in memory; cause reception of information indicating at least one identifier of a device corresponding to a client requesting access to a service; verify the identity of the client device on the basis of the received identifier; detect whether or not the identified device is authorized to communicate with the apparatus on the basis of first predetermined criteria; upon detecting that the device is authorized, cause reception of in-formation indicating at least one identifier of the client from the identified device; verify the at least one identifier of the client on the basis of the received identifier and the stored identification data; and determine, on demand, whether to issue a certificate indicating the verifications on the basis of second predetermined criteria in order to enable the client to apply the certificate in accessing the service.

Abstract: The invention relates to a combined reforming process for making synthesis gas from a desulphurised gaseous hydrocarbon feedstock, wherein the feedstock is split into a first and a second feedstock stream, the first feedstock stream is mixed with steam and fed to a gas heated reformer (GHR) and a steam methane reformer (SMR) operated in series, and the second feedstock stream is mixed with reformed gas coming from the SMR and fed with oxygen to a non-catalytic partial oxidation reformer (POX). • Publication number: 20090131749
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and method for removing a tissue that extends from a tissue layer, such as a polyp, lesion, or organ. The disclosure provides a medical loop that can be tightened around the tissue extending from the tissue layer by using a one-way anchor and a flexible member to form a loop, the flexible member having ridges to interface with the anchor and secure the flexible member in a tightened position around the tissue. The ridges interface with the tissue to secure the loop in position on the extending tissue and reduce slippage of the loop off of the tissue after tightening the loop. A snare or other cutting instrument may be used to remove the tissue extending outward from the loop. An endoscopic system may be used to guide the medical loop and the cutting instrument to an appropriate location inside a body passage.

  • Patent number: 6224843
Abstract: A process is provided for production of substantially pure carbon dioxide from a CO2 off-gas stream from an ethylene glycol plant. Water is condensed from an off-gas stream which contains unsaturated hydrocarbons, saturated hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide and water. The dewatered gas stream is subjected to catalytic oxidation in the presence of excess oxygen whereby the unsaturated hydrocarbons, saturated hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons are oxidized producing an oxidation stream containing carbon dioxide, water and hydrochloric acid. The HCl is removed with an absorbent and substantially pure carbon dioxide is collected. The absorbent-contacted stream can be subjected to catalytic deoxidation in the presence of hydrogen to convert unoxidized oxygen introduced in the catalytic oxidation to water.
