  • Patent number: 10695110
Abstract: A bone fracture internal fixator for repairing a bone fracture of a femoral neck that allows load to be applied to the associated bone parts evenly, and increases the connecting strength between the femoral head and femoral shaft while minimizing the risk of the femoral head being torn apart by the inner connecting member by increasing the diameter of the inner fixing member. The central axial line of the femoral head is offset from the central axial line of the intramedullary nail placed in the medullary cavity of the femoral shaft. In order to bring the inner fixing member such as a lag screw configured to be inserted through the femoral neck close to the central axial line of the femoral neck, the central axial line of the through hole for receiving the inner fixing member is offset from the central axial line of the intramedullary nail.

  • Patent number: 5688285
Abstract: Disclosed is an improved screw member adapted to be threaded into a gap between two bone parts in BTB tendon transfer surgical operations, and a fixation tool for engaging the screw member. The screw member typically consists of a hollow cylindrical member comprising an axial bore having a hexagonal cross section, and an outer circumferential surface provided with a strictly straight thread. The fixation tool comprises a transmission shaft having an intermediate section having a hexagonal cross section complementary to that of the axial bore of the screw member. Because the transmission shaft is entirely passed through the axial bore of the screw member, the torque for turning the screw member can be positively transmitted to the screw member, and the transmission shaft provides a positive guide action for the insertion of the screw member. The transmission shaft may be either axially slidably but rotatively integrally engaged to a handle grip or integrally attached to a handle grip.

  • Patent number: 5133057
Abstract: A multiprocessor system which includes a non-conventional co-processor to make it easier to observe the internal state of the co-processor. The system consists of a main processor, a co-processor, and a main memory unit connected by an external bus. The main processor sends instructions to the co-processor via an execution request line which connects the main and co-processors. The instruction sent via the request line, is either a debug mode-setting, register dumping, or an arithmetic execution instruction. The co-processor responds by setting a debug mode flag for a debug mode instruction, storing registers in the main memory unit for a register dumping instruction, or performing an arithmetic operation in response to an arithmetic instruction.
