  • Patent number: 10273983
Abstract: A working machine control system includes a split flow type fluid pressure pump configured to discharge a working fluid from a first discharge port and a second discharge port, and a lower pressure selection circuit configured to select and communicate with a working fluid of lower pressure among a working fluid on the downstream of a first operation valve of a first neutral passage in a first circuit system to which a working fluid discharged from the first discharge port is supplied, and a working fluid on the downstream of a second operation valve of a second neutral passage in a second circuit system to which a working fluid discharged from the second discharge port is supplied. The fluid pressure pump is adjusted in such a manner that the lower the pressure of the working fluid selected by the lower pressure selection circuit is, the more a discharge flow rate is increased.

  • Patent number: 10208457
Abstract: A working machine control system includes: a split-flow fluid pressure pump configured to discharge a working fluid from a first discharge port and a second discharge port; a communication switching valve configured to allow, when one of a first operation valve and a second operation valve is switched, the first discharge port or the second discharge port for one of the first operation valve and the second operation valve that is not switched to communicate with a first neutral passage or a second neutral passage for the other of the first operation valve and the second operation valve that is switched; and a discharge flow rate adjusting device configured to adjust the fluid pressure pump so as to reduce a discharge flow rate of the fluid pressure pump in a case where a switch signal is inputted from any one of the first operation valve and the second operation valve.

  • Patent number: 6161586
Abstract: A tournament oil path constituting apparatus in which while a laminated block is constituted by laminating a number of oil path plates, a number of shuttle valve holes and connection grooves made continuous to the shuttle valve holes are formed at overlap faces of the oil path plates, shuttle valves are integrated to the shuttle valve holes, introductory oil paths communicating with the shuttle valve holes are formed at both of the oil path plates formed with the shuttle valve holes and the oil path plates having match faces on sides of the shuttle valve holes and a high pressure oil is selected by the shuttle valves from pressure oils conducted both of the introductory oil paths and conducted to the connection grooves. The tournament oil path constituting apparatus also including a number of main paths penetrating the number of laminated oil path plates and branch grooves branched from the main paths.

  • Patent number: 4827982
Abstract: A detent mechanism for a pressure control valve adapted to control the extent of deflection of each of pressure control springs to control pressure on a secondary side of each of spools to a level depending on the deflection, which is capable of causing each of solenoids to be simplified or small-sized. For this purpose, the control lever is provided with a plurality of suction elements and the solenoids are arranged to suck suction elements thereon. A position at which each of the suction elements is sucked on the solenoid is defined outside of a position at which push rods each are abutted against a forcing section of the control rod.
