    Abstract: A composite fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin stampable sheet, which comprises laminates each composed of reinforcing fibers arranged in one direction and fiber mats and a thermoplastic resin incorporated in the laminates through impregnation, which stampable sheet is characterized by the fact that the proportion of the reinforcing fibers in the laminates is in the range of 30 to 80% by weight and the laminates are contained in a proportion in the range of 20 to 70% by weight and the thermoplastic resin is contained in a proportion in the range of 30 to 80% by weight respectively. A stampable beam is produced by forming the stampable sheet with a stampable device.
