    Abstract: A method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the method includes forming a color filter on a thin film transistor substrate, forming an organic planarization layer on the color filter, and performing a vacuum heat-treatment on the color filter and organic planarization layer. The method also includes forming a first electrode on the organic planarization layer, forming an organic light-emitting layer on the first electrode, and forming a second electrode on the organic light-emitting layer. The vacuum heat-treatment is performed at a temperature in the range of about 150° C. to about 300° C. under a pressure substantially equal to or lower than about 10?3 Torr before the organic light-emitting layer is formed.
