  • Patent number: 9987995
Abstract: An assembly for a storing and releasing a ladder comprising an outer lock that includes outer base extending along an axis and a pole extending transversely from the outer base to a pole end for disposition in a parallel and spaced relationship to the first drop-down arm in the cradle position for preventing the rail of the ladder from falling off the outer lock. A pole anchor connects the pole to the outer base for adjustment to various adjusted positions along the axis. A latch defines a catch for engaging the outer base in the latched position to retain the outer base in the cradle position and a locking hole for receiving a secondary lock to maintain the latch in the latched position.

  • Publication number: 20170217396
Abstract: The present invention discloses a delivery system for use in a vehicle having a driver's compartment with a driver seat and a cargo area. The delivery system includes a partition adapted to be mounted within the vehicle to separate the driver's compartment from the cargo area. The partition has an opening adjacent the driver seat. A sloping tray is positioned within the cargo area and extends longitudinally along the cargo area through the opening in the partition and into the driver's compartment. The sloping tray terminates adjacent the vehicle driver seat. The sloping tray slopes downwardly from the cargo area to the driver's compartment. Items upon the sloping tray slide from the cargo area into the driver compartment to adjacent the vehicle driver seat for easy delivery.

  • Patent number: 9297309
Abstract: The present invention generally relates to methods and apparatus for use in exhaust manifold assemblies of large diesel engines. In one aspect, a screen for use in an exhaust manifold assembly is provided. The screen includes a plate formed in a concave shape. The plate has a concave surface. The concave surface has a plurality of apertures and a plurality of non-intersecting, radially oriented slots formed therein. The plurality of slots and apertures have a size and open area selected to prevent debris from entering a turbo charger. The slots separate the apertures into predefined sections, and a radially outward end of the slots is spaced from a perimeter of the plate. In another aspect, a reducer assembly for use in an exhaust manifold assembly is provided. In yet a further aspect, a method of using a screen in an exhaust manifold assembly is provided.
