    Abstract: A query scheme is presented in which a query filter data structure is created and utilized to determine whether to obtain live query data from a storage server or aged data within an associated dataset. The number of queries to the storage server may be reduced and overall efficiency of the query system is increased. Another query scheme is presented to adjust the frequency of a dataset refresh based upon a user defined data age parameter indication that is contained a subsequent query and/or based upon whether a frequency of storage server queries is above a predetermined threshold. The propensity of obtaining query results from a dataset is increased while the propensity of queries to the storage server decreases, thereby increasing query system efficiency.

    Abstract: A method, computer system, and a computer program product for recovering a hyperlink. In one embodiment, the method comprises obtaining an invoked hyperlink from a user. The hyperlink is received by the user to highlight a content. A browser is used to invoke the hyperlink so as to collect associated metadata and other information required to retrieve and open the originating application at any time. This associated metadata and other information is then stored and obtained at a later time by invoking the browser. In addition, responsive to the user searching for the hyperlink, the content can then be opened by the browser using the stored associated metadata and other information.

A request to stop generating the updated spatial arrangement is received. The display stops generating the predetermined spatial arrangement in response to receiving the request to stop generating the updated spatial arrangement.

The method comprises receiving a user message from a user, and classifying the user message using a classifier into a classified input that is one of a question, an answer, and a statement. The method determines a relatedness score reflecting a degree of relatedness between each related answer of the set of related answers and the question. A top answer is determined from the set of related answers based on the relatedness scores, and the method presents at least one of the top answer and the set of related answers to the user. When the input is an answer, the method stores the answer in the answer database.

    Abstract: In response to receiving a request from a user device for an on-demand crossing of a roadway at a geo-location, a method determines whether connected vehicles on the roadway are approaching the geo-location. A wait-to-cross-the-roadway message is sent to the user's device. In response to determining connected vehicles are approaching the geo-location, a direction, distance, and speed of connected vehicles relative to the geo-location are determined. Instructions are sent to the connected vehicles to reduce speed and allow the user to cross the roadway, including a message to the user device explaining a purpose of the instructions. In response to determining the one or more connected vehicles comply with the instructions, the one or more processors send a safe-to-cross message to the user, and upon detecting successful roadway crossing of the user device, instructing the connected vehicles to resume travel.
