  • Publication number: 20140065837
Abstract: A method of bonding together at least two aligned layers, at least one having an active surface, in a semiconductor manufacturing process using a holding member having spaced sections. Each layer has a bonding surface opposite a back surface. The method includes preparing at least two bonding pads on the back surface of each layer and positioning close together the bonding surface of each layer. Aligning the bonding pads of the layers together and inserting the aligned layers between sections of at least one holding member and aligning the sections with the bonding pads of the layers. Applying bonding compound to the aligned bonding pads adjacent the aligned sections of the holding member.

  • Publication number: 20110080442
Abstract: A light emitting system is provided that includes an OLED pixel including at least two OLED sub-pixels having different associated color outputs, and at least one digitally accessible look-up table including energizing signal values for the at least two sub-pixels as a function of a desired color and a desired luminance intensity of the OLED pixel when energized. The light emitting system also includes a drive circuit adapted to access the at least one look-up table and able to independently energize the at least two OLED sub-pixels based on the energizing signal values obtained from the at least one look-up table. A method is provided for energizing an organic light emitting diode (OLED) pixel. A computer-readable medium is provided that stores a digitally accessible look-up table accessible by a drive circuit and for operating an organic light emitting diode (OLED) pixel.

  • Publication number: 20060126175
Abstract: Viewing screens having highly light absorptive carbon nanotubes, fullerenes and/or fullerides dispersed in a resinous or polymeric material as part of the light absorbing material located between the light transmission apertures. The highly light absorptive composite of carbon nanotubes, fullerenes and/or fullerides and polymeric material may be conductive. A voltage potential having DC and/or AC components or a ground potential may be applied to the surface of the viewing screen. Such a potential may be selected such that it prevents or reduces the build-up of dust on the viewing screen.
