Abstract: The present disclosure generally provides compositions of non-caloric or low-caloric sweeteners, as well as the use of such compounds to sweeten various food and beverage products. In some embodiments, the compositions disclosed herein improve the taste of non-caloric or low-caloric sweeteners by imparting a more sugar-like taste or characteristic. In particular, the compositions provide a more sugar-like temporal profile, including sweetness onset and sweetness linger, or a more sugar-like flavor profile.
