Abstract: The present invention discloses a hydrogel comprising a functionalized PEG multi-arm star polymer covalently combined with maleimide-functionalized low molecular weight heparin, further comprising at least one positively charged immune molecule, a method for producing this hydrogel and its use in T cell culture for immunotherapies. Furthermore, the invention relates to a bioink and its use in 3D-(bio)-printing.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiment relating to a methods of obtaining a functionalized porous or fibrous solid substrate with the chemical and/or physical properties of a nano-structured molecular or polymer chemical compound that contains it. In accordance with some example embodiments, the properties of the starting substrate may be modified to obtain a new functionalized substrate. The new substrate may have various applications, such as, for example, an optical- and/or fluorescent-type chemical sensor, as a chemical sequestrator, or as a modifier of the properties of a surface, making it, for example, superhydrophobic.
