The display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate facing the first substrate, the first substrate including a switching element and a pixel electrode disposed thereon, the pixel electrode being electrically connected to the switching element. The display panel driver is configured to apply a driving signal to the display panel. The display panel driver includes a first flexible substrate on which a driving chip is mounted, wherein the first flexible substrate is electrically connected to the display panel, and a second flexible substrate electrically connected to the first flexible substrate, wherein the second flexible substrate is disposed on a surface of the first flexible substrate.
