    Abstract: An optical disc includes a plurality of recording layers. Each of recording layers includes a lead-in area, a data area, and a lead-out area. At least one of the recording layers has a burst cutting area (BCA) area on which unique disc information is recorded, and at least one of the lead-in area and the lead-out area includes a dedicated reproducing area having a BCA pointer zone in which pointer information on the BCA area is recorded. Accordingly, reliability of recording and/or reproducing data with respect to the disc is improved.
