  • Publication number: 20220296649
Abstract: Provided are a method of preparing a spheroid of stem cells and a composition including the spheroid prepared by the method, the method including: culturing stem cells in a medium supplemented with matrilin-3 protein; and performing 3D cell culture on the cultured stem cells in the medium. The composition disclosed herein has effects of preventing or treating cartilage disease. In detail, the composition may be able to further promote cartilage differentiation of adult stem cells and reduce dedifferentiation and hypertrophy that may occur during cartilage regeneration, thereby providing a more effective cartilage tissue regeneration method.

  • Publication number: 20220249570
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a nanovesicles from adult stem cells containing iron nanoparticles and its use. The nanovesicle according to the present disclosure provides effects of maximizing the efficacy of treating mesenchymal stem cells by pretreating cells with iron nanoparticles; reconstituting the cells in a nano-sized form to facilitate intravenous injection; and increasing the efficiency of targeting disease areas through magnet induction. In particular, the present disclosure can replace mesenchymal stem cells as a cell therapeutic agent, and it can be applied to various diseases as a novel biopharmaceutical drug because it can increase the function and efficiency of an exosome-based therapeutic agent.

  • Publication number: 20170306283
Abstract: The present invention relates to a trypsin-free cell stamp system and a use thereof. According to the present invention, an increase in the passage number of stem cells can be prevented compared with conventional methods of isolating cells from a cell culture dish, while providing a support, which is an essential condition of cell growth, by introducing the trypsin-free cell stamp system, and cells can be continuously supplied for a polymer-based fiber support without an additional subculture process since the empty space of a cell culture dish is filled as times passes. In addition, the artificial effects on cells can be minimized since the cells migrate to a polymer-based nano/micro-fiber support without other external stimulation, and thus the potency of stem cells is increased, thereby inducing more effective differentiation, such that the present invention, as a cell therapeutic agent, can be utilized in general fields of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering.
