  • Publication number: 20250093416
Abstract: An apparatus includes a first set of scan-enabled flip-flop circuits may be configured to shift a scan-chain pattern from a first test input node to a first test output node using a first clock signal. A particular lockup latch may be coupled to the first test output node and to a second test input node. This particular lockup latch may be configured to, when enabled, delay propagation of the scan-chain pattern from the first test output node to the second test input node. A second set of scan-enabled flip-flop circuits may be configured to shift the scan-chain pattern from the second test input node to a second test output node using a second clock signal, different from the first clock signal. A control circuit may be configured to determine whether to enable the particular lockup latch using a particular scan test signal.

  • Publication number: 20230400500
Abstract: A series PV arc fault detection method and apparatus demodulates a current signal provided by a DC power source to an inverter to eliminate a DC component and periodic noise. Autocorrelation coefficients are generated from the demodulated current signal to monitor noise energy and variation and, based on the noise energy, a determination is made if an arc fault has occurred.

  • Patent number: 11717331
Abstract: A surgical instrument includes a body member and a leg having a first end integrated with and extending from the body member. A head cavity is in the leg portion to hold a head. A channel is formed along a longitudinal length of the leg. An elongated rocker assembly includes an elongated lever arm coupled within the channel about a fulcrum and a spring actuation. A projection of the arm projects in a direction of the head cavity. A rocker slide lock has a collar slidably coupled around the body member and having a first position located between the body member and the actuation tab, such that a portion of the collar is under the actuation tab to limit pivotal motion of the rocker assembly, and a second position having a clearance from under the actuation tab.
