    Abstract: A retro-directive antenna system on a mobile airborne platform for communication with a ground hub located within a coverage area. The system comprises an antenna array, a receive beamforming network, and a diagnostic processor. The antenna array comprises a plurality of antenna elements. The receive beamforming network generates concurrently a plurality of receive beams for the respective antenna elements. The receive beams correspond to respective beam positions within the coverage area. A first beam position points to the ground hub and a corresponding receive beam receives a target signal from the ground hub. The diagnostic processor determines a best position for the first beam position based on a ranking system and controls the receive beamforming network by updating the beam positions based on the best position for the first beam position.

The second fixed roller is operable to roll the clamp tape. The moveable roller is operable to extend into the immersion tank and to adhere the clamp tape to a substrate tape on the substrate.

    Abstract: A fan out type multi-chip stacked package includes a chip stacked assembly having a plurality of chips vertically stacked. The electrodes of the chips and one active surface among all active surfaces are not covered by the stacked chips. A plurality of flip-chip bumps of a dummy flip chip are coupled to the electrodes of the chips. An encapsulant encapsulates the chip stacked assembly and the flip-chip bumps. The encapsulant has a planar surface. The flip-chip bumps have a plurality of bonding surfaces exposed from and coplanar to the planar surface. A redistribution layer is disposed on the planar surface and includes a plurality of fan out circuits electrically connected the bonding surfaces of the flip-chip bumps. Thus, the package has better resistance against mold flow impact to effectively reduce the risk of wire sweeping.

Operation of an API function may be preserved by generating a binary translation based on the API function native code. The native code may then be protected to prevent API monitoring bypassing. In one embodiment, access permission may be set to non-executable for a memory page in which the native code is stored. Attempts to execute the native code may generate exceptions triggering API monitoring. Alternatively, some or all of a body section of the native code may be replaced with at least one trap instruction that cause exceptions triggering API monitoring or engaging protective measures. Use of the trap instruction may be combined with at least one jump instruction added after a header section of the native code. Execution of the jump instruction may cause execution to be redirected to API monitoring.
