The conjugated diene-based copolymer composition also includes a second conjugated diene-based copolymer having 20 wt % to 60 wt % of an ?-methylstyrene monomer-derived repeating unit and 40 wt % to 80 wt % of a second conjugated diene-based monomer-derived repeating unit. The second conjugated copolymer has a Mooney viscosity (MV) at 100° C. of more than 120 and equal to or less than 200. A method for preparing the conjugated diene-based copolymer is also provided.
