Abstract: A dishwasher enabling wash water to be reused, and a method of controlling the same, include a body provided with a washing tub on which dishware is disposed to be washed, a sump unit provided at a lower side of the body, and configured to accommodate wash water and pump the accommodated wash water, a spray nozzle configured to receive the wash water from the sump unit and spray the wash water to the washing tub, a storage tank provided at a lower side of the body and configured to accommodate used wash water which is supplied from the sump unit, a water supply pipe connecting the sump unit to the storage tank, and a pump connected to the water supply pipe and configured to pump the wash water being accommodated in the sump unit to the storage tank.

A method for saving the power of a receiver in a multi-carrier wireless communication system includes acquiring multi-carrier information from a transmitter on a primary carrier, entering one or more secondary carriers satisfying a predetermined power saving mode entry condition out of one or more secondary carriers included in the multi-carrier information into a power saving mode, and receiving data during a listening interval according to the power saving mode on the one or more secondary carriers entering the power saving mode. The multi-carrier information includes at least one of information about a plurality of available carriers, information indicating the primary carrier and the one or more secondary carriers out of the plurality of available carriers, and information about the power saving mode entry condition of the one or more secondary carriers.

Abstract: A method of reliable radio communication network duplication for a high speed train and a radio communication-based high speed train control system are provided. For the construction of radio communication network duplication of a high speed train control system, radio communication networks can be alternately disposed so that handover delay and disconnection at the interface between communication cells can be prevented during the handover at the same time.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display device includes upper and lower pixels; gate lines in electrical connection with the adjacent pixels and extending in a row direction, and data lines which cross the gate lines; and a reference voltage line including a vertical portion which passes through the adjacent pixels, and horizontal portions which alternately extend from the vertical portion. Each of the adjacent pixels includes first and second thin film transistors (TFTs) each in electrical connection with a gate line and a data line which correspond to a respective pixel; and a pixel electrode including a first subpixel electrode in connection with an output terminal of the first TFT, and a second subpixel electrode in connection with an output terminal of the second TFT. The horizontal portions of the reference voltage line are in electrical connection with the second subpixel electrodes of the adjacent pixels.

Abstract: In a method for image prediction of a multi-view video codec, a disparity vector value of a current macroblock is obtained and a corresponding macroblock is searched through the obtained disparity vector value. An intra prediction coding direction value of the searched macroblock is determined as an intra prediction coding direction value of the current macroblock. The current macroblock is coded/decoded through the determined intra prediction coding direction value. The coding efficiency can be increased by reducing a coding amount by omitting a process of obtaining an unnecessary disparity value by using a different-view intra prediction coding direction as a current-view intra prediction coding direction. The coding efficiency can be increased by reducing a coding amount by differentially coding a similar disparity vector. The reliability can be increased through an accurate disparity using multiples of 8 rather than 16, in motion skip for sharing the format of a macroblock.

The security system includes a sound source generating device for generating a sound source; and a sound-field variation measuring device for measuring a acoustic field formed by the sound source, wherein an initially set acoustic field is compared with the measured acoustic field to determine whether there is an intrusion.

Abstract: A coil structure and a charging control method in a wireless charger having a primary coil are provided to supply an induced electromotive force suitable for a charging target having a secondary coil. Concentric coils having different radii are arranged in a wireless charger, and a coil suitable for the location of a charging target placed on the wireless charger is selected. An input power corresponding to the selected coil is determined, and the determined power is applied to the selected coil. Then the same charging efficiency can be provided irrespective of a location of a charging target placed on the wireless charger.

The method for providing a GUI includes determining whether an enlargement command for a GUI item is received, and enlarging the GUI item.
