Abstract: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing an epitaxy oxide thin film of enhanced crystalline quality, and an epitaxy oxide thin film manufactured thereby according to the present invention. With respect to the manufacturing method of the epitaxy oxide thin film, which epitaxially grows an orientation film with an oxide capable of being oriented to (001), (110), and (111) on a single crystal Si substrate, because time required for raising a temperature of the orientation film up to an annealing temperature at room temperature is extremely minimized, thermal stress arising from the large difference in thermal expansion coefficients between the substrate and the orientation film is controlled, so crystalline quality of the epitaxy oxide thin film can be enhanced. Moreover, various epitaxial functional oxides are integrated into the thin film of enhanced crystalline quality so that a novel electronic device can be embodied.

In a lower housing formed in a circular shape, some of components inside an indoor unit of the air conditioner may be disposed in a protrusion portion that protrudes from the circular housing, thereby facilitating the installation of the air conditioner. A condensate water collecting space disposed outside the housing may be provided in a drain tray, thereby efficiently preventing a leakage due to condensate water generated outside the housing. The housing, the drain tray, and the cover member of the air conditioner may be coupled by a coupling member coupled outside.

An etching angle of the first contact hole between a top surface of the first substrate and an inner surface of the first contact hole is less than an etching angle of the second contact hole between top surfaces of the fan-out lines and an inner surface of the second contact hole.

Abstract: The disclosed technologies address various technical problems, including improving human-computer interaction, by augmenting the functionality provided by user input devices using a digital glove. For example, a digital glove can be utilized to provide pressure sensitivity for non-pressure sensitive touchscreen devices, attribute input made with a digital pen to a user wearing the digital glove, augment the functionality provided by mice and other types of handheld user input devices, augment the functionality provided gaze tracking systems, improve camera-based motion tracking systems, and to augment the functionality provided by speech recognition systems.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an air conditioner including a suction panel which includes a suction port through which air is suctioned in inside a housing. The suction panel is formed to rotate with an axial direction of an air blowing fan or a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the air blowing fan as a rotation axis to be coupled with or separated from the housing. Accordingly, a user may easily and intuitively separate the suction panel and falling of the suction panel, which may occur when the suction panel is separated, may be effectively reduced using a supporting unit disposed at the suction panel. Also, the housing and cover members which cover an outer perimeter of a lower portion of the housing may be coupled with each other by pressurizing the cover members toward the housing, thereby allowing the user to easily coupled the cover members.

According to an aspect of an exemplary embodiment, a method of estimating the pose of the charging socket of an electric vehicle includes: acquiring an RGB image and a depth map of the charging socket; detecting a keypoint of the charging socket based on the RGB image; deriving a first estimated pose of the charging socket based on the depth map; and deriving a second estimated pose of the charging socket based on the keypoint of the charging socket and the first estimated pose.
