The semiconductor device package includes a semiconductor substrate having a first surface and a first optical coupler disposed on the first surface of the semiconductor substrate. The first optical coupler includes a first surface facing away from the first surface of the semiconductor substrate and a first lateral surface connected to the first surface of the first optical coupler. The first surface of the first optical coupler and the first lateral surface of the optical coupler define an angle greater than 90 degrees. A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device package is also disclosed.

A buffer circuit, performing an optimized operation according to the present disclosure, includes a pause detector, a toggle detector, and an output signal controller. The pause detector receives an input signal and generates a pause signal which indicates whether the input signal is in a pause state. The toggle detector receives the input signal and the pause signal and generates a toggle signal which indicates whether the input signal is in a toggle state. The output signal controller generates an output signal which controls input buffer circuits according to the toggle signal.

Abstract: A V2X communication device, a system including the same, and a method thereof are provided. The V2X communication device includes a communication electronic control unit (ECU) that processes a message transmitted and received wiredly or wirelessly and an application (AP) ECU that identifies a message transmitted and received with the communication ECU through an internal protocol for vehicle and provides corresponding service information. The AP ECU is provided as a system area separated from the communication ECU. The AP ECU and the communication ECU transmit and receive the message via the Ethernet or controller area network (CAN) communication as the internal protocol for the vehicle.

A privacy control server includes multiple common privacy control recommendation models learned based on personal information provision histories of multiple users, a user preference determination unit for generating at least one question item based on the multiple common privacy control recommendation models and determining a privacy control preference of a user based on a result of a user answer to the at least one question item, and a common privacy control recommendation model provision unit for providing a common privacy control recommendation model selected to match the privacy control preference of the user to the user.

Abstract: The disclosed technology generally relates to displays, and more particularly to projection screens configured to display images with increased brightness and improved contrast and uniformity by using optical layers to control the direction and shape of the return light profiles. The disclosed technology comprises an optical layer configured such that incident light from a light source is directed towards specific positions for all locations on the reflective or transmissive display medium, and a light profile shaping optical layer configured to shape an intensity distribution of light reflected or transmitted from projection screen, prior to displaying the image to a viewer. The direction controlling optical layer and the light profile shaping optical layer may be combined into a single optical medium.

The coating unit applies a light-emitting agent onto the airborne microorganisms lysed by the lysis solution. The measurement unit detects the intensity of light generated by reacting the airborne microorganisms and the light-emitting agent and measures the concentration of the airborne microorganisms.
