Abstract: Disclosed herein are an object recognition apparatus and method based on environment matching. The object recognition apparatus includes memory for storing at least one program, and a processor for executing the program, wherein the program performs extracting at least one key frame from a video that is input in real time, determining a similarity between the key frame extracted from the input video and each of videos used as training data of prestored multiple recognition models, based on a pretrained similarity-matching network, and selecting a recognition model pretrained with a video having a maximal similarity to the key frame extracted from the input video, preprocessing the input video such that at least one of color and size of a video used as training data of an initial model is similar to that of the input video, and recognizing the preprocessed video based on the initial model.

The three-dimensional semiconductor memory device includes a substrate, a stack structure on the substrate, and vertical channel structures, which are provided in channel holes penetrating the stack structure, wherein each of the vertical channel structures includes a data storage pattern, a vertical channel pattern, a conductive pad, and a vertical semiconductor pattern, wherein the vertical channel pattern includes a first portion contacting the upper surface of the substrate and a second portion provided between the data storage pattern and the vertical semiconductor pattern, and wherein the vertical semiconductor pattern is spaced apart from the substrate with the first portion of the vertical channel pattern therebetween.

Abstract: A thin, flexible antenna module is provided for use in a smartphone. When the antenna module is assembled in the smartphone, the antenna module provides an MST antenna and an NEC antenna. For this, the antenna module includes a flexible PCB containing coils and further includes a magnetic sheet engaged with flexible PCB. The flexible PCB and the magnetic sheet are attached to each other to form a single body.

Abstract: A foldable supporting frame includes an upper frame and a plurality of legs disposed below the upper frame when unfolded to support the upper frame. The upper frame includes a plurality of bars, with adjacent bars in the plurality of bars coupled to each other or integrally formed with each other at their adjacent end portions. Each of the plurality of legs is coupled with a corresponding bar in the plurality of bars and independently rotatable about an axis defined by the corresponding bar. When folded, the plurality of legs is disposed in an interior defined by the upper frame.

Abstract: Disclosed is an acoustic resonator including a substrate including a first cavity, a first electrode formed above the substrate, a piezoelectric layer formed on one surface of the first electrode, and a second electrode formed on one surface of the piezoelectric layer. Here, the piezoelectric layer includes a longitudinal section not to cover a longitudinal section of the first electrode. Also, the second electrode covers the longitudinal section of the piezoelectric layer and extends to a first interpolar cavity which spaces the first electrode at least partially apart from the piezoelectric layer. A quality factor may be increased by fixing an increase in resistance which occurs due to thin film electrodes.

Abstract: A foldable frame includes a table frame, one or more bench frames, and first and second leg assemblies to support the table and bench frames. Each of the first and second leg assemblies include one or more table legs and one or more bench legs generally shorter than the one or more table legs. The foldable frame also includes a plurality of linking assemblies to connect the bench legs to the one or more bench frames so that each of the first and second leg assemblies can be rotated as a single unit. When unfolded, the table and bench frames are placed at different heights. When folded, the table and bench frames are placed at a common plane with the first and second leg assemblies folded onto the common plane. The foldable frame is easy to use and convenient for transportation and storage.

The tabletop includes first and second panels coupled with the first and second mounting assemblies such that the first and second panels are rotatable with respect to each other between a folded position and an unfolded position. The auxiliary support includes an auxiliary bar and one or more linking assemblies. The auxiliary bar is coupled with the supporting frame, and each of one or more linking assemblies is coupled with the first and second panels. When the first and second panels are in the unfolded position, each of the one or more linking assemblies abuts the auxiliary bar toward the first and second panels. As such, the auxiliary support provides support to the first and second panels and enhances stability of the foldable table.

A lithium secondary battery manufactured by the method is also provided. Accordingly, the separator has significantly improved ionic conductivity compared to separators commonly used in the art.

The contact includes a lower part on the gate electrode and an upper part on the lower part and connected to a wiring line on the interlayer dielectric layer. A planar shape of the lower part of the contact is larger than that of the upper part of the contact.
