    Abstract: A memory device which includes a plurality of memory chips. Each of the plurality of memory chips includes a plurality of memory banks and a logic circuit performing a read operation on data stored in the plurality of memory banks based on a first command and a first address received from a host. When a PIM instruction set is stored before the first command and the first address are received, the logic circuit is configured to perform a PIM command execution operation. When an error associated with the PIM command execution operation occurs, the logic circuit is configured to generate error data and record the error data at the log register through the first channels. The logic circuit is configured to output event data indicating an existence of the error data to the host in a first operation mode. The logic circuit is configured to output the error data to the host in a second operation mode.

The method for preparing the composition for forming a composite polymer film comprises the steps of: preparing a fluorine-based polymer solution comprising a fluorine-based polymer; and dispersing polyvinylidene fluoride nanoparticles in the fluorine-based polymer solution. The composite polymer film comprises: a polymer matrix formed from a fluorine-based polymer; and polyvinylidene fluoride nanoparticles dispersed in the polymer matrix.

    Abstract: An electrostatic hydrodynamic jet writing method for writing a desired imaged using an electro-rheological fluid is disclosed wherein a writing potential for forming an electric field is applied to a nozzle of an injection head according to a writing signal to vary the viscosity of the ink flowing through the nozzle and to control the flow of the ink. Simultaneously, an accelerating potential is applied between the nozzle and an accelerating electrode on which paper is guided so as to transfer ink of lowered viscosity from the nozzle to the accelerating electrode to perform writing.

    Abstract: A writing method is disclosed for an ink jet printer using an electro-rheological fluid wherein an electro-rheological fluid reservoir is provided in between static pressure tubes circuitously communicating with a larger-diameter portion and a smaller-diameter portion of a venturi tube. The pressure difference created in the venturi tube forces the injection of the electro-rheological fluid, and a writing potential is applied to the exit of the static pressure tubes from which the electro-rheological fluid is ejected so as to control the ejected amount.
