    Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and apparatuses of a highly sensitive and reliable IoT location tracking device in a form factor of a vehicle taillight. The tracking device replaces the existing taillight and comprises custom-designed GPS and Cellular antennae that are specially integrated with a novel dual-PCBA structure and an anti-theft tactile switch detection mechanism. The purposes of the new methods and apparatuses are to achieve the following: (1) improved reliability of signal reception and transmission with taillight integration; (2) improved electronic shielding of the processor board and PCB (printed circuit board) assembly; (3) high sensitivity of the new GPS and cellular antennae geometry and dimension design; (4) novel anti-theft security and better vehicle tracking management.

This can ensure, when there is external vibration, that an output frequency of the resonator is not deteriorated and improve shock absorption performance of the clock oscillator.

Microorganisms are concentrated at a high throughput using DEP after synthesizing the microorganisms and fluorescent magnetic particles, and when a complex in which the fluorescent magnetic particles are bound to the microorganisms passes through a detection unit by moving only the microorganisms to the detection unit after separating the magnetic particles from the complex (i.e., the microorganisms to which the magnetic particles are bound) using a DEP force, a fluorescence signal of a specific wavelength band is generated according to the type of the fluorescent magnetic particle and the concentration of the microorganisms according to the type of microorganism is measured by measuring and analyzing the fluorescence signal.

Within the response time, a dual artificial intelligence (AI) model using shallow and deep learners applied on historical accident data is employed. A warning about the accident is generated and sent to device(s) in the vehicle(s). The warning is presented to driver(s) of the vehicle(s).
