Abstract: Provided is an obsessive-compulsive disorder animal model and a production method thereof, in which a neuronal circuit connecting the basolateral amygdala (BLA) and the dorsomedial striatum (DMS) is activated. In the present disclosure, it was confirmed that the BLA and DMS are connected to each other, and that when the BLA-DMS neuronal circuit is activated, there is a large increase in checking, repeating, cleaning, and collecting, which are compulsive behaviors representative of obsessive-compulsive disorder, and a decrease in cognitive flexibility. Therefore, animals in which the BLA-DMS neuronal circuit is activated may be useful as animal models for studying obsessive-compulsive disorder. In particular, the obsessive-compulsive disorder animal model can reproduce all of the compulsive behaviors and thus may become the first animal model to provide an understanding of the interactions between anxiety behaviors and compulsive behaviors, which existing animal models have not been able to provide.

Abstract: An apparatus for measuring the amount of exercise, a system for measuring the amount of exercise, and a method for measuring the amount of exercise are disclosed. The apparatus for measuring the amount of exercise includes: an exercise amount measuring unit that measures the amount of exercise of a user; a controller that generates information about exercise of each period from the amounts of exercise of the user measured at every predefined period; a memory unit that sequentially stores the information about the exercise of each period; and a communication unit that transmits the stored information about the exercise of each period to the exterior.

Abstract: An apparatus for measuring a physiological signal of a vehicle driver includes: a conductive fabric electrode coated on a target object within a vehicle and detecting a physiological current of a driver when it comes in contact with the driver; and a signal generating unit generating an electrical signal corresponding to the physiological current.
