    Abstract: The present invention provides for a communications server and a method of using the same. In one embodiment the communications server, is comprised of (1) a voice channel interface configured to establish a voice channel with a mobile communication device and generate a voice to transmit menu information thereto; and (2) a data channel interface associated with the voice channel interface and configured to establish a data channel with the mobile communication device and transmit data containing the menu information thereto, in response to a selected one of (i) an automatic determination that the mobile communication device is capable of outputting the menu information to a user, and (ii) a command received from the mobile communication device to transmit the data containing the menu information.
