Abstract: Manually operated device for collecting animal feces as well as leading animals, e.g. dogs. This device is provided with a container in its lower section with grip-like flaps which can be swung in- and outwards with a collecting bag attached. In their open position the flaps will be placed over the feces, which are collected by closing the flaps. Within the device there is a retracting mechanism with a release position for the clean disposal of the feces, and in the upper section of the box there is an extendable dog-leash.
