  • Patent number: 8317394
Abstract: An improved x-ray system having a DAP measurement chamber is provided. An x-ray system has a radiation path, which extends between an x-ray radiation source and a detector. A beam splitter is arranged in the radiation path, the beam splitter being used to inject visible light into the radiation path. The DAP measurement chamber is arranged in the radiation path between the x-ray radiation source and the beam splitter. An improved collimator having a DAP measurement chamber is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20050183636
Abstract: The invention relates to a tilting table array for micro-positioning objects, preferably for defined generation of oscillating movements of optical objects, such as for instance mirror elements in projection lens arrays, including a tilting table carrying the object and connected to at least one drive element as well as a tilting table housing that is coupled to the tilting table via an elastic connection. According to the invention, the tilting table, the tilting table housing and the elastic connection comprise one monolithic unit.

  • Publication number: 20050078228
Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement for generating images, preferably for use in televisions or projectors that operate in accordance with the principles of rear and front projection, including an illumination device, a color modulator, an image-generating element with tilt-mirror elements (DMD or digital micromirror device), as well as a projection lens, wherein the light component emitted by the illumination unit is reflected by the DMD and the light component contributing to the image structure reaches the image plane via the project lens. According to the invention, a tilting mirror that can be pivoted about a tilting axis is provided in the projection beam path and is connected to drive elements that supply the pivoting movements.
