Abstract: A foundation interface for a concrete foundation for the support of a structure comprises a prefabricated concrete element with a plurality of through holes, which are geometrically arranged to correspond to an arrangement of holes or bolts of a structure to be supported. Further, a method for fabricating a concrete foundation comprising such a foundation interface is provided.

Abstract: A tower having a plurality of axial sections is provided. The tower includes at least one lower axial section having a non-circular cross-section in at least a portion thereof. The lower axial section is located near a bottom of the tower. At least one upper axial section has a substantially circular cross-section in at least a portion thereof, and is located near a top of the tower. The tower has a cross-sectional profile that transitions from the non-circular cross-section to the substantially circular cross-section, and an outer diameter of the tower is less than a designated maximum diameter.

Abstract: A tower is provided having a plurality of axial substantially tubular sections with an outer diameter no greater than a designated maximum diameter. At least one of the sections includes at least one reverse taper portion located near a base of the tower. The reverse taper portion has a first end, located near the base, having a first diameter. The reverse taper portion has a second end, opposed to the first end, having a second diameter. The first diameter is smaller than the second diameter.
