  • Patent number: 9096378
Abstract: A connecting device for connecting an attachment to a side member of a trough pan of an extracting device is provided. The connecting device includes first fittings on a side member and counter fittings on the attachment, which are detachably connectable to the first fittings. At least one retaining piece prevents detachment of fitting and counter fitting. The first fitting tapers upward in a trapeze-shaped manner and the counter fitting tapers upward in a trapeze-shaped manner, so that by a vertical movement, the first fitting and the counter fitting are able to be fitted into each other or to be detached from each other, and the first fitting and counter fitting are provided with locking strips and/or grooves which interlock in a locking state.

  • Patent number: 7562764
Abstract: An entry conveyor including a conveyor pan formed by a plurality of pan sections that are hingeably connected to each other, at the two ends of which conveyor pan drive stations and/or return stations for a scraper chain are provided. Each pan section includes a top strand delimited by lateral profiles and the conveyor base and a bottom strand for the scraper chain as well as receiving elements for a pan section connecting mechanism, which elements are disposed outside of the lateral profiles. A pan strand including a plurality of pan sections that are disposed behind each other is provided in the conveyor pan, which sections are hingeably coupled via a center swivel bearing disposed on the center longitudinal axis of the conveyor pan or the pan sections. The invention also relates to the pan sections with the center swivel bearings.

  • Patent number: 6872025
Abstract: A toggle retainer (10) for toggle connections of conveyor pans (5) for chain scraper conveyors, guide troughs of mining machines and similar, with a locking plate (30) engaging across the locking extension (23, 24) on the toggle head (21, 22) of a toggle (20) and securing the toggle (20) in the toggle accepting pocket (9) against falling out to the side, both ends (31, 32) of which can be introduced into an insertion pocket (11, 12) in the toggle acceptor (1) and which for retention in the locking cut-outs (13, 14) of the toggle acceptor (1) have at least one aperture (37) into which the shaft (41) of a locking element (40) engaging in one of the locking cut-outs (13, 14) can be inserted. The locking plate (30) is provided with transverse borings (38, 39), one of which opens into the aperture (37) and in which a securing clamp (50) engagement can be inserted or is inserted retaining the shaft (41) by positive.
