    Abstract: A fluorimeter sampling apparatus useful in a fluorimeter includes a linearly movable sample carrier having a plurality of cuvette holders associated therewith. Each cuvette holder, when positioned in a measuring position, is aligned with an excitation radiation entrance aperture and a fluorescence radiation exit aperture. The cuvette holders are diagonally aligned with the direction of movement of the carrier.
