    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for automatically assisting a motor vehicle when driving on an exit of a main road. A current position of the motor vehicle is detected, and imminent driving onto the exit is recognized. Geometric data of the exit are obtained from a first database based on the current position. Current information regarding road conditions and a traffic situation at the exit is recorded and/or is obtained from a second database. A critical speed and/or a parameter for a cornering behavior of the motor vehicle is determined, based on the geometric data and the current information. At least one warning signal is output and/or a braking operation is controlled depending on the determined critical speed and/or the determined parameter for cornering behavior.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a parking assistance method for a drive with a motor vehicle. A parking assistance device determines a navigation destination of the drive of the motor vehicle, receives occupancy state data from at least one data source external to the motor vehicle of an availability of free parking spaces at the navigation destination and ascertains at least one location of a free parking space based on the received occupancy state data. The parking assistance device examines whether the navigation destination satisfies a preset criterion, including a minimum probability of a driver-specific favoring and/or frequency, and predetermines an information content for parking space data for the drive depending on whether the navigation destination satisfies the preset favoring criterion. The parking assistance device provides parking space data with the predetermined information content and transfers the provided parking space data to an output device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for operating a motor vehicle, wherein current position data of the motor vehicle is detected by at least one sensor device inside the motor vehicle, and a current position of the motor vehicle is determined based on the position data. A check is made as to whether a current occupancy condition exists for the current position, and, if so, an authorization data record is generated depending on the current occupancy condition. The authorization data record is transmitted by a communication link from a transceiver of the motor vehicle to a server device external to the motor vehicle, where a check is made as to whether an occupancy authorization certificate for the motor vehicle can be generated based on the authorization data record. If so, the occupancy authorization certificate is ultimately generated based on the authorization data record.
