    Abstract: A method is provided for operating a motor vehicle traveling on a roadway. The method includes, but is not limited to determining data of the roadway in the area, which includes determining a number n of lanes. If it is determined that n?2, it is determined whether a lane in which the vehicle is located with data of an optical camera of the motor vehicle. In addition, it is determined whether a second motor vehicle is traveling in the lane, in which the motor vehicle is located, in a direction of travel opposite a first direction of travel with a determination apparatus of the motor vehicle. If a second motor vehicle is determined, a warning message and/or automatic actuation is generated from an apparatus of the motor vehicle (e.g, a braking apparatus, a drive apparatus, or a steering apparatus).

    Abstract: A method is provided for operating a motor vehicle. The method includes, but is not limited to determining whether the roadway in the area of the motor vehicle forms an approach to another roadway. If it is determined that the roadway forms an approach to another roadway, a first lane of the roadway in which the motor vehicle is located is determined with data of an optical camera of the motor vehicle. In addition, a direction of travel along in the first lane is determined and determined whether the motor vehicle is traveling in the direction opposite the direction of travel. If it is determined that the motor vehicle is traveling in the direction opposite the direction of travel, a first warning message is output and/or at least one apparatus (e.g., braking apparatus, a drive apparatus, and a steering apparatus) is actuated.

    Abstract: A method is provided for the adaption of a driving behavior of a vehicle with a change of driver. For this, driver-specific driving parameters, which characterize a driving style of a driver, of several vehicle drivers are stored as virtual driver profiles in the vehicle or in a drivers' control center. In addition, various methods are stored driver-specifically in the vehicle or in a drivers' control center, which respectively modify a reaction of the vehicle to driving parameters of a driver to the effect that a manner of driving, taking into account the limits of the vehicle, is ensured in traffic. During the driving of the vehicle, a first of the methods is then used and a comparison of stored virtual driver profiles with actually detected driver-specific driving parameters is carried out.
