Abstract: A network device, a core network, a direct mode communication system and a lawful interception method thereof are provided. The direct mode communication system includes the network device and the core network, and connects to a first mobile station and a second mobile station respectively. The network device registers to the core network for intercepting a communication between the first mobile station and the second mobile station and retrieves a communication data by intercepting the communication. The core network receives the communication data from the network device and stores the communication data.

Abstract: A direct-mode communication system having a user direct-mode communication apparatus and a serving direct-mode communication apparatus is provided. The user direct-mode communication apparatus connects to an operating server, and authenticates with the operating server to obtain a user authenticated identification. The serving direct-mode communication apparatus connects to the operating server, and authenticates with the operating server to obtain a serving authenticated identification. The user direct-mode communication apparatus broadcasts a discovery signal based on the user authenticated identification. The serving direct-mode communication apparatus receives the discovery signal after the user direct-mode communication apparatus enters a default serving range, and provides interactive information to the user direct-mode communication apparatus according to the discovery signal and based on the serving authenticated identification.

Abstract: A communication network system, a calling terminal and a voice call establishing method thereof are provided. The communication network system comprises a called terminal, the calling terminal and a session initiation protocol (SIP) server. The calling terminal generates and transmits an invite message including IPv4 connection information and IPv6 connection information of the calling terminal. The SIP server is communicatively connected to the calling terminal and the called terminal. The SIP server receives the invite message from the calling terminal and forwards the invite message to the called terminal. The called terminal establishes a voice call with the calling terminal according to one of the IPv4 connection information and the IPv6 connection information of the calling terminal.

Abstract: A mobile apparatus, a base station, a direct communication system and a power control method thereof are provided. The direct communication system includes the mobile apparatus and the base station. The base station transmits a power measurement request message to the mobile apparatus. The mobile apparatus determines a power adjustment reference between the mobile apparatus and another mobile apparatus according to the power measurement request message. One of the mobile apparatus and the base station generates a power adjustment request message according to the power adjustment reference. The mobile apparatus adjusts a communication power with the another mobile apparatus according to the power adjustment request message.

Abstract: A base station and a transmission path creation method for use in a network system are provided. A first packet data network (PDN) connection has been built among an user equipment serving gateway (UE-SGW), a first relay gateway, a first packet data network gateway (P-GW), a first serving gateway (S-GW), a first E-UTRAN Node B (eNodeB) and the relay node of the network system. The base station comprises a second relay gateway, a second P-GW, a second S-GW, and a second eNodeB. The second eNodeB and a relay node execute a handover procedure according to a handover request. The network system performs a transmission path creation procedure so that a second PDN connection is formed among the UE-SGW, the second relay gateway, the second P-GW, the second S-GW, a second eNodeB and the relay node.
