Abstract: The present invention relates to a multilayer suppository formulation comprising an outer layer containing a first pharmaceutical ingredient and an inner layer containing a second pharmaceutical ingredient, and a composition comprising the same for prevention or treatment of colorectal cancer. The present invention reproduces the release order and release interval of composite drugs administered sequentially in combination, for example, FOLFOX, in the same manner. Accordingly, the present invention can be used as an effective dosage form that concentrates a pharmacological effect, reduces a side effect, and greatly improves dosing convenience for a patient by locally administering combined drugs which had been co-administered systemically through intravenous injection, in a lesion-specific manner.
