Abstract: The present invention relates to a mobile water purification station capable of producing up to 30,000 gallons (151,400 lpd) of EPA/WHO-standard clean and aesthetically pleasing potable water per day which is self contained and operates as a stand-alone unit powered by integrated solar array and wind generator or utilizing gravity feed from a water source located above the geographic location of the unit. Furthermore, the mobile water purification station of the present invention, provides a parallel arrangement of filtration and purification elements and is able to continuously provide potable water while half the system is undergoing cleaning and regeneration by back flushing with stored prior produced potable or filtered utility water.
