  • Publication number: 20240146676
Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for improving interactions with and between computers in content searching, hosting and/or providing systems supported by or configured with devices, servers and/or platforms. The disclosed systems and methods for efficiently monitoring and following up on delivered messages for which a user expects and/or requires a reply. The disclosed functionality provides a fully automated, personalized, easy and efficient way to identify and manage outgoing mail messages that require reply by marking outbound messages as RSVP messages, which are those messages determined to require a reply. Such functionality is based on the ability of the disclosed framework to distinguish between a “satisfactory response” (i.e., a response that includes the required information) and a response that is not.

  • Patent number: 11966963
Abstract: One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for generating and providing recommendations of products are provided. For example, content is extracted from a message sent to a user. The content is evaluated to identify a product identifier corresponding to a product title of a product. If the product identifier is a truncated version of the product title, then a database of product titles and frequencies of occurrence of the product titles is used to complete the product title. A model is used to infer a product category for the product title. Matching scores are assigned to products within a product category based upon weighted attributes. A recommendation is provided to the user for a product having a matching score greater than a matching threshold.

  • Publication number: 20240106697
Abstract: An information technology (IT) component associated with a first alert having an alert type is identified. A first list of recommended actions associated with the IT component is output. The first list includes a recommended action. A first user input of a user-selected action is received. An alert-to-component likelihood between the IT component and the alert type is decreased based on a determination that the first list does not include the user-selected action. The IT component is identified as being associated with a second alert based on the alert-to-component likelihood exceeding an alert-to-component likelihood threshold. A second list of recommended actions associated with the IT component is output. The second list does not include the recommended action and includes the user-selected action. A second user input of the user-selected action is received. A request to execute the user-selected action is transmitted.

  • Publication number: 20230385135
Abstract: Pausing alert notifications includes determining that an alert is likely transient responsive to identifying, based on data in a rolling table, that 1) a first number of most recently resolved alerts that are similar to the alert is greater than a predetermined minimum number and 2) at least a predetermined second number of the most recently resolved alerts that are similar to the alert were transient. Responsive to determining that the alert is likely transient, transmission of a notification associated with the alert is withheld during a pause period. A determination is made as to whether the alert is unresolved after a lapse of the pause period. Responsive to determining that the alert is unresolved after the lapse of the pause period, a responder is notified of the alert.

  • Patent number: 11768720
Abstract: Pausing alert notifications includes triggering an alert responsive to an event in a managed environment. A normalized title is obtained from a title of the alert. Using the normalized title, it is determined whether the alert is of a likely transient type, where the alert is of the likely transient type when it is predicted to resolve without human intervention. A transmission of notifications for the alert during a pause period is withheld responsive to determining that the alert is the likely transient type. A notification for the alert is transmitted to a responder responsive to determining that the alert is unresolved after the pause period.

  • Patent number: 11443554
Abstract: One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods are provided. One or more videos associated with a user may be analyzed to determine a first set of features of the user associated with a first emotion of the user and/or a second set of features of the user associated with a second emotion of the user. A first user emotion profile associated with the user may be generated based upon the first set of features and/or the second set of features. A second video may be presented via a graphical user interface of a first client device. The user may be identified within the second video. It may be determined, based upon the second video and/or the first user emotion profile, that the user is associated with the first emotion. A representation of the first emotion may be displayed via the graphical user interface of the first client device.
