  • Publication number: 20070196526
Abstract: The agent for substitution of the blood plasma is made up of the vegetal protein substance edestin, advantageously a product from the hemp seeds. Advantageously, edestin is a component of the solution comprised of 5%-40% in weight of edestin, 0.5%-7% in weight of inorganic substances, 0.5%-7% in weight of organic substances, hormones, and other substances to 100 % in weight of the colloid solution. According to the method of production of an agent for blood plasma substitution, the vegetal seeds are either cold-pressed or ground to powder and extracted under a compressed gas; the pressed out or extracted vegetal oil is separated, the pressed together or extracted seeds to be relieved of fat and decolorized are extracted by action of the organic solvents, the fat relieved and decolorized substance is then filtered out and exposed to action of the inorganic salts in the water solution and at the temperature from 20 ° C. to 60 ° C., the solution is filtered and edestin is finally isolated from the filtrate.

  • Publication number: 20070141017
Abstract: The conveying and absorption agent, preferably for the active substances of the pharmaceutical, dietetic, and cosmetic preparations, consists of the extract from the hemp seeds, obtained by action of carbon dioxide. Advantageously, the extract is a component of the fat or wax base of the pharmaceutical or cosmetic preparation, preferably composed of the propolis relieved of its pollen contents. According to the method of production of the conveying and absorption agent from the hemp seeds for the active substances of the pharmaceutical, dietetic, and cosmetic preparations, the hemp seeds are ground down to hemp flour, being then pressure-extracted with carbon dioxide to the hemp oil. The hemp seeds are ground down to fine-grain flour, which is then powered into the extraction cartridges that are inserted into the extractor. Extractor is then closed and the carbon dioxide is then driven into it at the temperature between 35° C.-45° C. and the pressure between 25 MPa and 35 MPa, advantageously 40° C.
