  • Patent number: 9120291
Abstract: A textile semi-finished product for a textile fiber composite structure is produced by a method wherein roving pieces (2, 4, 7, 10, 11, 12) with a defined length and width are deposited at a defined position depending on the end product and overlapping. The roving pieces (2, 4, 7, 10, 11, 12) are arranged and fixed with one end at a defined angle to a reference axis adjacent to one another on a plastically deformable flat carrier material (1, 6). After depositing a first row of roving pieces (2, 4, 7, 10, 11, 12), the depositing of the roving pieces (2, 4, 7, 10, 11, 12) in following rows takes place such that the ends of the roving pieces that are in each case not connected to the carrier material (1, 6) overlap the previously deposited roving pieces (2, 4, 7, 10, 11, 12) in the manner of roof tiles or scales, the roving pieces not being connected to one another to ensure a mutual displaceability.
