Abstract: A container and holder assembly especially adapted for containing baking soda including a hollow container adapted to be mounted in a vertical position, the container having an elongated, generally cylindrical handle of sufficient diameter to be easily grasped by the hand of the user, the elongated handle having an enlarged, generally rectangular upper portion integrally molded therewith having a threaded spout thereon and a cap which threads on said spout connected to a planar section on the upper end of the rectangular portion located at an angle with the longitudinal axis of the container. The container is made from a translucent or transparent material which permits visual observation of the amount of the level of contents which in the container.
