Abstract: A laser band sheet or form with detachable labels is provided. The sheet includes a strip or wristband having a plurality of sizing holes and a closure “snap” mechanism or fastener that is integral to the sheet. The fastener can be constructed of a tear-resistant material that is different than the material used for other portions of the sheet. The fastener can provide a stronger closure for the strip than many adhesive-based closure designs. Because the fastener is integral with the sheet, there may be no need for a container of separately-provided fasteners.
