The entertainment device may include a touch activated light and/or sound package. When the user depresses an element on the cap, a touch switch is activated, and the light package lights up and/or the sound package generates a sound or noise. Alternatively, the cap may include one or more fluids disposed in the cap; the fluids are preferably immiscible. Small items such as glitter or confetti may be suspended in the fluids.
