Abstract: A system, apparatus, kit, and method is disclosed to organize and configure pictures in a desired image on a surface without needing to determine the alignment of individual pictures. The pictures are generally organized to create a shape, letter, word, or object that is separate and distinct from the shape of the pictures creating the image. Therefore, a series of pictures of one or more size, configuration, orientation, and or shape may be used in combination to create the image. A picture template is therefore provided having a base with an exterior boarder, and a plurality of holes in the base. The plurality of holes are arranged such that an exterior perimeter circumscribing the plurality of holes creates the desired image.

Abstract: A photograph ordering platform, comprising a camera configured to acquire a plurality of photographs; a database configured to store the plurality of photographs; photograph ordering application coupled with the database, the photograph ordering application configured to; receive a print or product selection, enable a photograph of the plurality of photographs to be selected, receive a photograph selection, automatically crop the selected photograph based on the selected print or product selection, and transmit the cropped photograph for order fulfillment.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for generating and storing electronic receipts from any type of public facing business having a live point-of-purchase and utilizing electronic payment systems, namely, a point-of-sale (POS) system having a credit card terminal or electronic cash register (ECR). A user can associate with his or her account one or more identifiers such as a credit or debit card or phone number, and the system and method can be used to facilitate a product return, accept coupons online and redeem them in-store, generate and transmit a gift receipt, and participate in retailer loyalty programs. The system and method further include account interfaces for registered merchants and users to view and manage their account information.

Abstract: A system and method for auto generating an electronic receipt from virtually any type of public facing business having a live point-of-purchase and utilizing an electronic payment systems, namely, a point-of-sale (POS) system having a credit card terminal and/or an electronic cash registers (ECR). The system includes a software add-on which authenticates and identifies consumers at the POP using a pre-registered credit/debit card, deactivates normal receipt printing functionality, captures electronic receipt information and transmits this information to a membership or subscriber based Internet web-site, where consumers may then view and manage the information. The system can be used to automate a product return and/or generate and transmit a gift receipt. The system further includes a membership or provider based Internet website for merchants to view and manage information related to previous customers, from which merchants may distribute coupons and/or advertisements to these consumers.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a remote payment device that is simple, versatile, and easy to use, accepts payments by charge cards or cash, and handles a split-check scenario in a simple and flexible manner. In one embodiment, a remote payment device for processing payment of a bill to allow payment to be shared by a plurality of customers comprises a charge card reading unit configured to read account information from a charge card; a data input unit for a user to enter data; a display unit; and a processor configured to process account information read from the charge card reading unit and data received from the data input unit and to display information on the display unit. The processor is configured to prompt entry of data by the data input unit to specify a number of one or more customers to make payment of a bill, and to allow each customer to specify any amount of the bill to pay and any amount of a tip to be added and a method of payment.
