  • Publication number: 20250077639
Abstract: A method of authenticating devices utilizes a central ledger distributed to a plurality of local systems includes storing a unique identifier locally on each device, modifying a central ledger to include an entry associated with the unique identifier and communicating the central ledger to a plurality of local systems for storage. To authorize a device, the local system receives a unique identifier from a connected device and searches the local ledger to verify/authenticate the validity of the connected device for use in the local system. The local system may then modify an entry in the local ledger associated with the unique identifier to reflect use and communicate the modified local ledger from each of the plurality of local systems to the centralized system. The central system then modifies the central ledger based on the received local ledger and communicates the modified central ledger to a local system.

  • Publication number: 20240277392
Abstract: Systems and methods for electroporation catheters are provided herein. An electroporation catheter includes a shaft, and a variable diameter loop coupled to a distal end of the shaft, the variable diameter loop including a plurality of electrodes. The catheter further includes a plurality of electrical wires connected to the plurality of electrodes and extending through the variable diameter loop and the shaft, the plurality of electrical wires configured to energize the plurality of electrodes, and a multi-lumen arrangement extending through at least a portion of at least one of the shaft and the variable diameter loop. The multi-lumen arrangement includes a first lumen housing a first subset of the plurality of electrical wires, and a second lumen housing a second subset of the plurality of electrical wires.

  • Publication number: 20240164834
Abstract: A catheter assembly is provided. The catheter assembly includes a tip electrode array including at least one tip electrode, the tip electrode array located at a distal end of the catheter assembly, and a mini electrode array including a plurality of mini electrodes, the mini electrode array positioned proximal of the tip electrode array, wherein each of the at least one tip electrode and each of the plurality of mini electrodes are configured to be activated independent of one another for mapping applications, and wherein at least some of the at least one tip electrode and the plurality of mini electrodes are configured to be activated in unison for ablation applications.

  • Publication number: 20240065573
Abstract: A method of monitoring total usage capability of a medical device includes monitoring one or more device attributes during a procedure and detecting device manipulations during the procedure based on the one or more device attributes. The method further includes determining whether the medical device may be reprocessed for subsequent use based, at least in part, on the detected device manipulations.

  • Publication number: 20240006815
Abstract: An electrical connector includes a plug portion and a receptacle portion. The plug portion includes a plurality of conductive pins, with a portion of each conductive pin surrounded by a non-conductive post. The receptacle portion includes a plurality of conductive pins recessed into a corresponding plurality of recesses within the receptacle portion. When the plug portion is mated to the receptacle portion, the conductive pins of the plug portion are received within the recesses of the receptacle portion and electrically connected to the conductive pins of the receptacle portion. To advantageously increase creepage and clearance between pins, it is desirable for each recess to have a depth sufficient to receive both a conductive pin and a corresponding surrounding non-conductive post when the plug portion is mated to the receptacle portion.

  • Patent number: 8516900
Abstract: A process fluid flow system is provided having an input, an output, and a plurality of fluid circuits disposed between the input and output. At least one valve is disposed to selectably cause process fluid to flow through either a first circuit of the plurality of circuits, or a second circuit of the plurality of circuits. Process fluid flows through the first circuit during normal production, and through the second circuit during process fluid sequestration. A process fluid flow measurement device is operably interposed between the input and output and configured to measure total flow through the system. A separator is disposed in the second circuit and is arranged to allow the process fluid to separate gravitationally over time into immiscible components of the process fluid, the separator having a known internal volume. A guided wave radar level measurement device is preferably disposed to measure heights of interfaces within the separator.
