  • Publication number: 20240176763
Abstract: Techniques for accessing data objects using UDF streams include decoding by at least one hardware processor of a first computing node, a first request for a UDF. The first request is generated at a second computing node by one of a plurality of input streams of the UDF. A second request for one or more data objects associated with the UDF is generated at the first computing node using an execution thread assigned to the first request. An authorization of the execution thread is performed using data access rights assigned to the first request. The one or more data objects are retrieved based on the authorization in response to the second request. The one or more data objects are stored in a storage location accessible by the execution thread.

  • Publication number: 20230153635
Abstract: Systems and methods for secure prediction can include a memory and a processor that is configured to retrieve location information associated with a user account and calculate an average spend over one or more route options for a first period of time based on the location information. The processor can be configured to apply a predictive model to the average spend to determine a predicted utilization amount, identify one or more users that have a user utilization amount exceeding the predicted utilization amount, transmit one or more notifications to adjust the user utilization amount from a first value to a second value for a second period of time, and receive one or more responses that are responsive to the one or more notifications. The processor can be configured to adjust the user utilization amount to the second value and revert the user utilization amount back to the first value.

  • Publication number: 20230011209
Abstract: A system may include one or more processors, a memory in communication with the one or more processors, and storing instructions, that when executed by the one or more processors, are configured to cause the system to predict user travel. The system may receive transaction data, and extract travel information from the transaction data. The system may assign a confidence score to the travel information based on comparing the travel information to previous travel information. The system may determine whether the confidence score is greater than or equal to one or more thresholds. Responsive to determining the confidence score is greater than or equal to one or more thresholds, the system may perform one or more fraud prevention activities.

  • Publication number: 20220414720
Abstract: A system may include processor(s), a memory in communication with the processor(s), and storing instructions, that when executed by the processor(s), are configured to cause the system to facilitate reservation trading. The system may identify an upcoming reservation and a booking rate of the reservation. The system may receive comparable reservation list rates to generate a predicted list rate of the reservation. The system may suggest the first user request a refund or place the reservation on an exchange based on whether the reservation is refundable and whether the predicted list rate is greater than the booking rate. The system may receive a resell rate from the first user to transmit to a second user. The system may receive a selection of the reservation and payment information from the second user. The system may process the payment information and transfer the reservation from the first user to the second user.

  • Patent number: 6694437
Abstract: Two stages of PPP negotiations are adopted for users to access a virtual private network (VPN). The access concentrator for providing PPP connections is designed to provide the two-stage connection. In the first stage, a user is verified as an authenticated VPN user, and a first network address is assigned. In the second stage, a service requested by the authenticated user is decoded for determining either the service being a VPN service or a non-VPN service. If the service is a non-VPN service, the request is processed by reference to the network address. Otherwise, a second PPP negotiation is executed between the access concentrator and a server in a VPN, and then the server of the VPN assigns the user a VPN address for providing VPN service.
