    Abstract: A device having a broadband amplifier circuit is disclosed in which the amplifier circuit includes at least two field effect transistor stages with low transistors arranged as amplifiers and high transistors arranged as load transistors. The device has several stages where the output signal of a given stage other than the first stage is caused to be fed back to its own input through a feedback branch including at least the high transistor of the stage preceding the given stage.
