  • Patent number: 9147879
Abstract: This invention provides a nano composite porous electrode material that has high charge-discharge behavior and charge or discharge capacity and a manufacturing method thereof. It also provides a lithium-ion secondary battery using this nano composite porous electrode material. The nano composite porous electrode material according to this invention has a porous structure such that nano-size pores are three-dimensionally connected with each other wherein walls of the pores thereof are composed of olivine type LiMnPO4 and carbon, a specific surface area Sa is 55 m2g?1<Sa<248 m2g?1, an amount of contained carbon Cc is 15.5 wt %<Cc<28 wt % and a diameter of crystallite is less than 39 nm. This enables a high charge-discharge capacity and a fast charge or discharge behavior to be obtained.

  • Patent number: 7405920
Abstract: A flat type capacitor-use polypropylene film having a Ad(thickness determined by micrometer method—thickness determined by weighing method) of 0.05-0.2 ?m and a lengthwise shrinkage dimensional change rate of 3% or less, or a flat type capacitor-use polypropylene film having a ?d of 0.1-0.3 ?m and a lengthwise F5 value of 50 MPa or more, and a flat type capacitor using it. A film excellent in handling ability in a capacitor element winding process is obtained, and a small, a large-capacity flat type capacitor excellent in withstand voltage characteristics such as self-recovering property, and used suitably under a high rated voltage, is obtained.

  • Patent number: 6312566
Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide a plastic film that is inapt to cause winding deviation, wrinkling and blocking even under a high-speed running condition. The invention provides a plastic film wherein at least 1,000 positive electrified patterns and at least 1,000 negatively electrified patterns each having an area of at most 10 mm2 and an arbitrary shape are distributed per 100 cm2 of the film, and a polypropylene film wherein the static friction coefficient &mgr;s between one surface of the film and another surface of the film is at least 0.2, and the dynamic friction coefficient &mgr;d therebetween is at least 0.08.
