Abstract: A laminated glass capable of suppressing an appearance defect of a liquid crystal cell includes: a first transparent substrate; a second transparent substrate disposed oppositely to the first transparent substrate; a liquid crystal cell provided between the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate; a first intermediate layer composed of an OCR and provided between the first transparent substrate and the liquid crystal cell; a second intermediate layer composed of an OCA and provided between the second transparent substrate and the liquid crystal cell; and a covering member provided between the liquid crystal cell and the first transparent substrate. The dimmer cell has a region overlapping the covering member and a region not overlapping the covering member.

Abstract: A light modulating device includes a first transparent substrate, a second transparent substrate, a light modulating cell disposed between the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate, a first bonding layer disposed between the first transparent substrate and the light modulating cell, and a second bonding layer disposed between the second transparent substrate and the light modulating cell. The first bonding layer and the second bonding layer each are a bonding element containing a non-pressure-sensitive adhesive component. The first bonding layer is an OCR, and the second bonding layer is an OCA.
