  • Publication number: 20090206523
Abstract: A manufacturing method of a resin container includes continuously supplying a base material resin forming a container body from a main extruder, discharging from a discharge portion provided in a die head a sub-material supplied from a sub-extruder so that the sub-material joins the base material resin, extruding a parison from a slit portion opened on an end side of the die head, and blow-molding the parison, thereby forming a coating layer which covers the whole or a part of the container body by using the sub-material. A thickness reducing portion in which a thickness is continuously reduced is formed in the coating layer while adjusting a resin pressure in a supply path of the sub-material fed from the sub-extruder by performing suck-back control which pulls back the sub-material from the discharge portion at an arbitrary timing when joining the sub-material with the base material resin.

  • Publication number: 20080273904
Abstract: Disclosed is an image heating apparatus. The image heating apparatus includes a rotatable heating member for heating an image on a recording material in a nip portion, and a heating unit for heating the heating member from the outside thereof. With this structure, a warm-up time period or a first print-out time period can be reduced, and low power consumption can be accomplished. Further, satisfactory image quality can be realized with no heating (fixing) irregularity. The heating member has a low thermal conductive elastic layer, and a heat storage layer outside the low thermal conductive elastic layer to have a volume heat capacity larger than the low thermal conductive elastic layer. A heat capacity of the heat storage layer per unit surface area of a fixing member is in a range of 100 J/m2K to 600 J/m2K.

  • Publication number: 20080063823
Abstract: In a first embodiment of the present invention, a coating layer 3 which covers a container body 2 is formed; this coating layer 3 disappears while continuously and gradually reducing its thickness in a reduction rate of 0.1 to 1.5 ?m/mm from a coating layer forming part 4 toward a coating layer non-forming part 5; and the coating layer 3 has a thickness reducing portion 6 in which a thickness reduction rate is 0.1 to 0.5 ?m/mm at least in a range of 30 mm in a height direction immediately before a part where the coating layer 3 disappears.

  • Patent number: 7203438
Abstract: Image heating apparatus capable of preventing an excessive temperature increase in a sheet non-passing area and heater for use in the image heating apparatus including: a substrate, a heat generating resistor formed on the substrate, and first and second electrodes for supplying an electric power to the heat generating resistor. Each of the first and second electrodes has a first area to contact a power supplying connector and a second area provided at an end portion electrically opposite to the first area along a longitudinal direction of the substrate, and the heat generating resistor is provided to electrically connect the second area of the first and second electrode so that when the heater is at a set temperature for an image heating operation a resistance value Rc of the second area, and a resistance value Rt between a portion within the second area of the first and second electrode and electrically closest to the first area satisfy a relation Rc/Rt<=1/30.

  • Patent number: 6217817
Abstract: A blow molding method for molding tube containers by introducing blow air into a parison having been extruded by an extruder is disclosed, which comprises introducing blow air into the parison to shape a tube container and form a discharge outlet in part of the wall of an unnecessary portion of the tube container located lower than the cutting position of the tube container, and further continuing the introduction of blow air. The blow air may be introduced horizontally by piercing the wall of a parison having been extruded from an extruder with a nozzle for introducing blow air or vertically by introducing blow air in the axial direction of the parison. The discharge outlet is formed in part of the side wall or bottom wall of the container below a cutting position preferably as low as possible.

  • Patent number: 5759475
Abstract: A blow molding method by horizontal blow molding of piercing the wall of a parison having been extruded by an extruder with a blow nozzle is disclosed, which comprises moving forward the blow nozzle to pierce the parison, introducing blow air at least in the direction toward the bottom, i.e., opposite to the bottle neck and, after shaping of a hollow container by the blow air, forming an opening in the parison at a position in the vicinity of or above the blow nozzle-pierced portion to discharge the blow air having circulated inside the hollow container.

  • Patent number: 4700871
Abstract: An improved liquid transfusing bottle made of flexible material of the type using no air venting needle. It includes a barrel portion, a shoulder portion and a bottom portion and parting lines extend on both the side faces in the vertical direction. The barrel portion is formed with ribs or recessed area of which contour line is so designed that a distance as measured from the parting line decreases toward the center part of the bottle from the shoulder portion or the bottom portion. As a residual volume of liquid in the bottle decreases, the barrel portion is deformed in the flattened configuration along the contour lines of the ribs or the recessed parts in such a manner that the shorter diameter thereof is reduced. Deformation of the barrel portion is achieved without any occurrence of twisting, breaking or the like of the bottle and liquid in the bottle is smoothly discharged therefrom at a constant speed during operation of transfusion.
