The screen printing apparatus includes: a box-like member including a top-plate portion in which first suction hole is formed and which is allowed to contact a lower surface of the board; a blower suction pipe which communicates with an internal space of the box-like member, and which extends outside the box-like member; a motor which sucks air through the blower suction pipe to generate a blower suction force in the first suction hole; and an inverter which changes frequencies of the motor.

Abstract: A challenge to be met by the present invention is to provide a screen printer arranged so as to be able to readily perform both replacement of squeegees and operation for filling a paste feed syringe with paste. A paste feed syringe (14) is configured so as to be able to sway around an axial line (41) that downwardly extends from a squeegee base (30) with respect to a horizontal line (HL) parallel to a direction of reciprocal movement of the squeegee base (30), and also be able to change its position between a paste feed attitude having an imaginary extension within a vertical plane at an oblique angle such that a nozzle (14a) provided at a lower end of the paste feed syringe comes to a position immediately below squeegees (15) and a storage attitude which is turned from the paste feed attitude through about 90 degrees around an axial line (41).

Abstract: A paste supply apparatus includes a paste pot including a tubular container which stores paste and which includes a bottom portion provided with a through hole and a movable inner lid provided in the tubular container, and a pot holder which holds the paste pot in a state in which the through hole of the paste pot is directed downward such that lateral expansion of the tubular container is suppressed and downward movement of the tubular container thereof is regulated. The paste supply apparatus further includes a paste ejecting device which presses the inner lid of the paste pot and which ejects the paste in the tubular container from the through hole.

Abstract: A holding mechanism 40 is made up of a shaft support 44 that is provided while joined to a joint and that has a vertically-oriented pivot 44a, a shaft member 45 that horizontally extends from the shaft support 44 and that is turnable around the pivot 44a, and a fitting section 36 that is formed in a squeegee unit 16 and to which the shaft member 45 is removably fitted. Thereby, the entirety of the squeegee unit 16 becomes removably attachable by only moving the squeegee unit 16 in a horizontal direction.
